I ordered a Chuwi Vi10 Plus from gearbest on Aug 17 and it arrived last night, so just one week. Free DHL shipping to Michigan, USA. Everything looks well packaged and in good condition and no problems yet. I thought it would take a while, but faster than expected. I also received the US prong charger adapter as requested in the note section when I ordered, which I wasn’t sure would be accommodated – so far a good experience.

August 5, 2016 at 1:17 pm #45714Is there a similar fix for the wifi in android?
August 4, 2016 at 1:34 am #45537Nice find. Can anyone else confirm this and show some before and after speedtest results? It seems like the wifi issue is made worse by covering the corner with the antenna, so a controlled test would be helpful to make sure that setting is actually helping.
July 27, 2016 at 5:58 pm #44754@chris, for those considering getting an x98 plus II but concerned about the wifi being really sketchy… are there any mods you’ve done in the past for improving the antenna or should we just go with x98 plus v1?
July 18, 2016 at 5:14 pm #43821@jump – Does your x98 Plus II run at the full 1600 or still 1066 mHz, and is it a metal body?
July 15, 2016 at 1:45 am #43520I’m thinking of getting the type-C also, so it looks like I will need to buy a type-C charging cable. Does anyone know is this is 2A fast charging or up to 3A fast charging capable?
It also looks like it doesnt come with a screen protector, but I’m confused because they recommend a tempered screen protector, but when someone asked to verify if that was for the iwork10 flagship/ultimate, they said it is for the “iwork10 original”…am I correct in assuming these are the same thing and this will work?

July 14, 2016 at 3:02 pm #43498Thanks for the reply guys. I was wondering if you had seen any of the new OGS screens on the HiBook Pro? I saw it was posted as a note but there wasn’t a review on it. For comparison, do most of the Dell and other screens from US tablets come standard as OGS, or use gorilla glass? They don’t seem to be mentioned in the spec sheets at all but it seems like the Chinese tablets are cheaper, easier to scratch screens by default. And although tempting, I don’t think I need something as powerful as an M-series cpu, as it is mostly for wife, so watching movies, web, and some reading.
