Ah yes, unfortanetely you are right (I didn’t believe it first, but banggood says that it is discontinued in an answererd question on their product site).

With the 360° you get a point too, the only 360° laptop I know which solves this problem is the Lenovo Thinkpad Yoga, it protects the keyboard by hoover the frame of the laptop over it. Good idea, but the system itself isn’t very stable. My sister has one and 4 days after we’ve bought it, a plastic piece of this mecanisme brooke. So not very stable, unfortanetely.

Personally I think that it is really a shame that they discontinued the Hi13, as it is the perfect work laptop for me (I’m a studen): Cheap and a incredibel screen (for an equivalent screen you have to pay 1500 to 2000 Dollars). I don’t get it why other laptop manufactures still produce their device with an 1080p screen, even for the higher priced devices (over 1000 Dollars). Yes, the Chuwi Hi13 has its flawn, but overall it’s imho a good product for the money.

Please can you confirm that you really have tried it with a Chuwi Hipen H2 and not a Hipen H3?

And can you please share the chip that you have for the touchscreen in the windows driver manager(Goodix1001 or Goodix1002). Also does your serial start with TG or TLC?

About the stylus. As I know there are different versions of this tablet. I, for exemple, have bought my tablet about 3 years before. It is the TCL version (look at the serial number, the actual model starts with, I think so, TG, mine with TCL).

The TCL version had the CEP02 stylus (from cube). Unfortanately it isn’t available anymore. There are rumors that it works also with the Hipen H2 from Chuwi. I’ve tested it with a Hipen H3 (by modifying the touchini.gt, like in the youtube video you mentionned) and it didn’t work. I think there is another chipset in these two models, as the driver manager of windows says that there is a Goodix1001 chip, while in a chuwi hi13 (which was designed to work with the Hipen H3) is an Goodix1002 chip. Also the pressure sensitivity of the stylus are different. The Hipen H2 and the cube CEP02 are designed with a pressure sensititvity of 256 points, I thin the Hipen H3 has 1024 or 2048.

Would you mind share if it worked for you with the Chuwi Hipen H3. And if yes could you please  give me the name of the chipset in the windows driver manager that you have (either Goodix1001 or Goodix1002). Thanks you a lot.

Edit: As I read somewhere else, the Hipen H2 is just an ordinary stylus (no pressure sensitivity). The Hipen H1 should work with the older version (TLC) of this tablett

There were some rumors in official chuwi forum, but apart from those (which were very old, I think over an year old), there were, as I know, never an official announcement.

Sorry for the late response, maybe you still have the problem.

Recently I’ve had a similiar one, the problem wouldn’t start, there wasn’t even a bootlogo at startup.

What helped was the following key press combination for the power button: Three times short press (about 1s) then one time long press (10s). Then you wait for 10 seconds until you can press the power button to start it.

For me this worked, I hope for you too.

    Hello

Sorry for the late reponse, the H3 pen of the Hi13 from chuwi doesn’t work with the cube iwork10 ultimate (at least not with the usb c version, I’ve tried, cause I’ve got both tablets and pens). You need either the original Cube active stylus CEP02 or the Hi1 pen which Sergio mentioned.

    Hope I’ve helped you, regards

The update was installed automatically with at my device cause I’ve had 10Gb of free space on the main disk. In my opinion the update works very good, the tablet was even getter a little bit faster and more responsive in my opening. The new on screen keyboard is also a plus.
