It is NOT off topic, if V6 OK, Giovanni will generate unlocked versions for all type of BIOS. (Hopefully)

Can you tell me where are these hex parameters stored? In NVRAM? That case we can unlock all versions easy.

This ok, I had it too. You can flash the unlocked V4 BIOS (Jumper.rom). Flash boot block and main block only via UEFI shell, using the package from the Google Drive.

It is “funny”. Like the usual chinese “office companies” even Jumper do not know about BIOS versions. Every new transport from the main board company has another (probably not compatible) BIOS.  Lucky draw! Do NOT update the BIOS!!! Only from BIOS_V5_Date_11_06_2017_14_30_19_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313P.NhNAUHL02  to BIOS_V4_Date_08_07_2017_21_21_55_Ver_3BANS010_JUMPER10x.P8.WP313R.NHNAUHN02 is OK, worked even for me!

PS: how will release Jumper BIOS updates in case of bugfixing or Meltdown??? I think NEVER, because the risk of brick is too high!

Yes, should be. Somewhere must be set the range to 7FFFFF. This is the reason why the lapotop not powers up. I never faced dutch problem, just programmed with CH and profit. I do not know this  Elnec software.

Sorry, not seen all messeges. So 2 things can be:

    1. programmer is not ok for that chip.
    2. use very short wires

Ps: With CH programmer verify was not ok, but PC-s, tablets booted. Because of that i made UEFI reflash via command line to be sure. But all was other type of chips not that, i do not know for sure, that CH programmer will be OK for that chip, theoretically yes, because it is in the support list.

Forget verify, CH programmer fails too. I never cared about it. Just flash and check, if BIOS boots, you can reflashs with same dump file with UEFI prompt, to be sure.

Does not matter, I never do verify beacuse of fail. Erase chip, flash it and should be fine.

Wow, never did the wiring so precise 🙂 Maybe the wires are too long, this can disturb the flashing process.

Elnec is a great programmer if you can get the updates.

Maybe another mainboard revision, with programmer you can play with .rom files to find the right one, if you have the original dump to restore if failed.

It is the same, just for easy type at UEFI prompt for flashing. I think no w10 supoort, just W7 x86 or amd64. Use the oldest 1.18 software package, newer are pain in the ass, at least for me never worked other versions.

Buy this one, maybe you can find it in EU stock too to get it quicker. Never use clamp, it is unsecure, simple wire out from the mainboard to the programmer with short wires, thats all. For future use xou can buy an 1.8V adaptor too (for other EEPROM), itt is cheap also.
