I’ve had quite a bit of experience with aliexpress (not tablets as it were). You can usually pick your shoddy dealers but some surprise you… Anyway.

I ordered a Cube i9 original keyboard from Socube store. DHL delivery as I’m an impatient person.

It arrived in 5 days. China to Australia. Keyboard arrived in original Cube box as well as additional bubble wrap in a DHL bag.

Keyboard itself works perfectly.

A positive experience for the Socube store. This time…..

I won’t be getting the keyboard off them then…

I recently acquired an i9 with a similar issue, the person who bought it wasn’t willing to deal with the supplier for a return and ended up selling to me for about 60% of replacement cost. Only difference is my line is to the far left of the screen and cannot be seen when task bar is placed on the left vertical side. As it’s a muck about tablet I am willing to put up with it.

Hope they come through for you. Eventually…
