Hi everyone,
Got a 1TB MX500 SSD from crucial today and did a fresh install of Windows 10 home today.
One thing i’ve found out is that the ssd gets quite warm when in use . I have seen around 55c degrees and that’s without heavy use.
Anyone experienced the same ? replaced the Teclast ssd, because it felt quite slow for me, all though it could reach 400-500mb/s in seq-read.
For people who wants to replace the internal M.2, NVME DOESN’T FIT AT ALL. Had a samsung one from my desktop and no fitting was possible. This sucks, because i always go for nvme as they are not much expensive anymore ( check aliepxress for Goldenfir nvme and their sata ssd) they use exact same controller and nand chips as crucial mx ssd’s.
Remove if double posted, can’t see it myself.
