Yes I have been in local computer service and they diagnosed that led panel is faulty. I contacted gearbest and proposed that the best and most economic (shipping with tracking cost from my country to China about 90 USD) solution is to them sent me replacement led panel from jumper. In service said that there is no problem to them to replace it. Im waiting a response from gearbest… š
June 14, 2016 at 1:04 pm #40932This link is a MUST to read, related to chuwi hi10 bricking problem:

January 24, 2016 at 5:27 pm #23525I think these option are under intel hd graphic control panel. Under power option I disabeled extended battery life for gaming and display power saving technology. I think that was my solution. Instr.: go on taskbar on icon left beside battery -> on intel hd icon -> then graphic properties… -> power. Hope this will solve your problem.
January 24, 2016 at 11:35 am #23505Yes, some feature in windows, it was driving me creazy until I disabled it. I think that is somewhere in display or onboard (intel) graphic settings…
January 23, 2016 at 7:49 am #23416True, only issues I have are with windows, not with tablet so much. The windows 10 just started small revolution on tablets but there are a tons of work to be done. For istance: battery drain, cpu drain, programs crashing, driver hussle, sleep/hibernation/log off. Totally unnecessary today with ssd fast memory. But I like what I see so far. Android has all these advantages, but the serious world is working on windows whether we like it or not…
January 22, 2016 at 11:43 am #23345I bought mine Blitzwolf from banggood. Impresive peace of high quality charger. Very well made. I could not belive how quick it charged my phone. Hi10 is another story. Charging it slowly but It is charging it! So power is at least stable. No heating issues so far. On stock charger battery was 3 hours on the same percantageĀ (under full load). Also stock charger is chinese version with that stupid adapter for EU plug whitch is health and safety hazard. I ordered EU type of charger. Link is below:
Edit: with Hi10 (blue usb, 64 bit Os, Realtek V300) no issues whatsoever. Works like it is supposed to (knock on wood).

I can seethat frame is a little chiphed too. This must be treated from aliexpress VC Mall like used goods, if and only if, everything works fine. If it doesnt return is a must. Ask for mayor refund or original docking keyboard free…
December 23, 2015 at 12:03 pm #19659Re: (2) How does the docking keyboard look and feel ? (good quality ? any problems with it ? good key up/down movement ?) Re: (4) Am I right when I think that the screen protectors are plastic ones, not tempered glass ?
Keyboard looks great and feel ok. Quality is really good (best chinese keyboard I have got). Key movement is also good. Better on key center press, worse on corners. Touchpad is average. Keys are small (75%-85% size of normal laptop keys. Function keys are smaller). When tablet is docked screen autorotate is off. Screen protectors are plastic. Not so good

December 21, 2015 at 2:35 pm #19443Geekbuying just sent my order! Tracking number is legit as usual. Waiting is over š
December 19, 2015 at 3:16 pm #19209I also think that it wont be sent untill end of next week, if so. But good thing is that geekbuying test every individual unit before they sent it. My experience with them is very good. And with chuwi too. My v88 after couple years still working like new. And it is working heavy duty, but I could not resist bigger screen and windows…
December 18, 2015 at 2:35 pm #19061I ordered it from GeekB too. One and a half month ago. Still processing… They promised me that it will be shipped at the end of this week, bug free… Still waiting… But at least they were fair to say that if I dont want to wait they will change my order to some other device. Nothing interesting in that price range with fairly good screen, windows 10 and laptop style keyboard. So I’ll wait, no hurry…
December 10, 2015 at 10:29 am #18102It also says 1GB for HD graphic. Is this where all the fuss are? I dont know how the windows with onboard graphic on this generation of tablets (mysterious BIOS) “see” RAM but could be the case that it see only 3 GB of ram becouse the missing 1GB is allocated for the HD graphic. It is also a litle odd to adress 1 GB of ram for HD on 4 GB ram systems. Usually 512 Mb is set for onboard graphic. Specially if you know the limitations of 32 bit systems. I would be much more sense to alocate 512 Mb becouse then you get 3.5 GB ram.
November 27, 2015 at 9:24 pm #16887Is the flicker on screen software (drivers, windows) related, or this thing is more serious (hardware)?
Also… windows 32 bit?!? Noooooooo… Whats with that Chuwi? What? What? Chuwi Why? Are we forced to piratizated this machine with 64 bit windows? Maybe thats why all the fuss on chinese forums with drivers. Mass reinstall happening?
November 27, 2015 at 9:06 pm #16885It looks like it has 4 GB of RAM all right. But… for now it is win 10 only, not dual boot. And this is ok. (more disk space, less switching, less problems, less pain in the a**) It is not certain that it will ever be updated to dual boot or not. Second thing is that this first batch is installed with win 10 32 bit?!? This is what I realy don’t like because manufacturer claimed that is 64 bit version of win installed on it. This means reinstall and lost of certificated windows, buying new windows?!?, or stuck with 32 bit programs, drivers, also pain in the a**.
But in the other hand you get very, very cheap windows device with good screen (If they repair flicker), good processor, decent disk space, normal size USB connectors and with its original (bloody expensive) keyboard this tablet is usable like normal laptop computer.
