Yes, the problem was the battery. After a full charge and 30 seconds of power button pressure the tablets is back to life.

Remix OS seems working fine. Thank you.

Hi, thank you for answering back.

I tried that but now the tablet doesn’t boot anymore. The screen won’t turn on. Pressing power button makes the power led turning on for two – three seconds, than goes off again, and nothing else happens. Also tried with power cable attached but nothing. Anyway, if attached to the power the led light keeps flashing. So something inside is still happening. Maybe it’s just run out of battery? Il try keep it plugged in for a while and see what happens.

Any further advice?

And after Eons of Endless Waiting, my tablet from Banggood finally came to me, yesterday. It was brought to my door by an unbelievably old postman, who presumably walked the entire Silk Road with his bare feet. The long perilous journey took more than fifty working days.

Meanwhile, the keyboard ordered the same day arrived more than a month ago.

Lesson learned. Never ever place an order with Air Parcel Register shipping method again.

Does anybody have some experience with a similar case? The shipping was tracked and insured.

Stated shipping times where 25 working days. Also, does anybody knows if Banggood provides some kind of refund for such a delay? Or Paypal maybe?

PS. The tablets seems fine, the parcel was overall still in good shape, considering the long, perilous, journey.

EDIT: I selected the Banggood custom package, not the original one. It was indeed very good, with high density foam.

I placed an order for the Chuwi HiPen H1. This time with the Expedited Shipping Service.

Ordered May 19. I got it today (May 25) from the shipping company (DHL). No customs to pay.

So now I have to wait for the rest (tablet and keyboard)…

here’s my experience so far with Banggood.

May 4th.

• placed an order for a Chuwi hi 12 (dual boot) without original box. Shipping method: Air parcel register + insurance + tracking
• placed an order for the keyboard + screen cover. Shipping: Air parcel register + insurance + tracking

May 4th.

• Keyboard and screen cover shipped.

May 8th.

• Tablet shipped.

To date both tracking numbers given by Banggood are not working (on Singapore Post website).

Sent an email and had a chat with post-sale service, they say they have sent a request to the shipping company to address the issue.

I suspect they sent the items without any tracking system available.

Let’s see what will happen.
