Hello JesDoias,
I just tested it, it does not work. The Bios version I have is E6E9. Perhaps this utility works for a different Bios version.
Unlike screenshots that I can see on the web, my OS selection screen does not have the little icons on the upper left side . I guess this selection screen is part of the Bios and there is no more a way to set Windows by default.
Anyway, thanks you for your file, pictures and message ! Very kind of you.

February 5, 2018 at 7:10 pm #79030Thanks for your reply.
After a week away from my tablet I realised that the battery had been emptied in Hibernate mode.
Finally, updating W10 was not the solution. Back to the generic driver the problem disapeared again.
If anyone uses Hibernate on this nice little tablet and find a suitable driver that get rid of this issue, I am interested by the information.
January 30, 2018 at 6:42 pm #77985Hello John,
I followed your advice too an italien solved my problem with hibernate too, thank you.
Everything is fine except the fact that I still have the OS selection screen at stratup that seems to come from the bios. Any solution about that ?
January 21, 2018 at 6:24 pm #77447Hello Victor,
many thanks for your tutorial post !
In conjunction with some other posts I could make a full backup of my X80Pro(E6E9) Hard Disk (veeery long), make a backup of all drivers with Driver Double and finally install Windows 10 alone, sucessfully.
Thus, I have been very surprised to see the OS selection screen still appearing at startup…
Do you have a same behavior ? A solution to get rid of this ?
Warm regards
Marc
January 21, 2018 at 6:06 pm #77446Hello Artifixprime,
>the display adapter isn’t showing up in device manager – i.e. no Intel HD option, only the generic one
I was the same for me, but as I had saved all the drivers with double driver I have been able to install back the display driver.
Installing the display driver had a side effect to me :
As I want to retreive my tablet the the app I am cusrently using when power up, I did what was necessary to set-up correctly the Hibernate function that I trigger with the power button. But in hibernation, the tablet drew current on the batteries and emptied them. After some researches I discovered that the display driver was responsible for that. The most recent driver that I found for this hardware in some Asus driver package did not solve the issue. I had to goback to generic driver to solve hibernation issue. Drawback : I have no more control on brightness of the screen…
If somebody has found a solution for this, I am interested.
December 15, 2017 at 5:50 pm #75902I had the same issue, using Save and Exit Tab in the Bios, my different rescue USB Keys did not appear. I moved one step forward today trying the suggestion of Bitpusher : when writing the Linux boot disk SystemRescueImage on a USB key, then it appeared in the Boot Override list ! Many thanks Bitpusher !!! For instance I am not any further, but after so many attemps these last weeks, finally seeing my USB key feels so good ! I wanted to make my feedback immediately :)
