There is something strange with the included Windows licence or with the Microsoft Database.

I’ve bought a Jumper EzBook 3 Pro (V2) last summer and because 13,3″ was little bit small, an additional Teclast F7 this spring. They look like brothers so I assume they stem from the same manufacturer.

What I did first is to install a clean Win10 from USB Install on the Ezbook, it activated automatically as a Home version.
After that I bought a Pro license in the internet and updated the Ezbook.
Then I bought the Teclast and because I want to sell to EzBook I Install Win 10 again with automatical activation as HOME.

Ok. On the Teclast I did a fresh install of Win10, too and it activates as Win10 HOME.
Now I tried to use the EzBook Win10PRO license and it works! This should not be, you need normally at last phoning with MS.

But NOW: Just for fun I tried to use the same Win10 PRO license on the EzBook too, and it WORKS!

So I have activated two Notebooks with Win 10 Pro from the same licence. This should not be possible.

Maybe I test to restet my EzBook again and try the update via the MS Store…

You can just download a general Win10 Version. During installation it asks for your language version. The electronic licence is stored in Bios/EFI and  activates the installed  Version automatically as Win 10 Home.

I don’t understand your SSD problem. My SSD (Transcend) has a paper sticker on top, as well as a paper sticker is on the Door. So it is isolated (if this is the problem you mean). The only thing is that you have to remove a small plastic adapter under the screw. Without removing that, the SSD won’t fit correctly.

Same here, just got the F7 some days before.
This morning I installed a SSD, Win 10 pro from scratch and all updates. The left side gets very warm and battery drains quickly.
I haven’t recognised this with my EzBook Pro. I’ve installed now HWMonitor and it sits at 38 degrees C and cools down…

EDIT:
Installed passmark burnin and after 15 minutes of full cpu load he reaches an equilibrium of 78 degrees C, the right side is as hot as during Win10 installation/update.

Nb. The passmark cpu mark gaves an icredible value of 2133, their table list as average 1836.

(I’ve not changed the thermal management…)
