Thanks a lot to you all ,guys. You helped me to find a way around this problem. Now I hope to sell the Kingdian easily, it is a really good product and it would make this Jumper flying. With Aliexpress you have to expect to pay taxes. Giving a look on Amazon and Ebay I found this Kingspec but it’s sold way more expensive than Aliexpress,<span style=”display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: transparent; color: #333333; cursor: text; font-family: Georgia,’Times New Roman’,’Bitstream Charter’,Times, serif; font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration: none; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px;”> so at this price is worth paying taxes. I’m a bit worried about the shipping time (much longer than Gearbest). @Kenneth, sorry to bug you again, how was your experience with the product shipping?</span>
January 13, 2018 at 11:09 am #76881Good to see users that have no complaints about ssd. That really makes me hope for a solution. @Kenneth, can i ask you what ssd have you on your Jumper? I have a KingDian N480 240 GB 22×80, like @mehtevas that is on the same annoying situation. I did a clean install on ssd (in the way Adam suggests) and tried to boot the system typing the F7 button(it shows me the bootable devices) and choosing “Windows manager (kingdian 240 gb)”. So you may think that the bios recognize the ssd, but it happens just when the usb bootable device is connected(if it’s not, there are no Windows manager options). Anyway if I chose the Windows manager the system doesn’t boot and when it does a blue screen appears reporting an error (0x00000185) suggesting me that Windows iso is corrupted. Then I installed Windows on the Emmc with the same usb pen without error and a lot of times. Now what I understand with yours experiences is that: there are some ssd drives that don’t need the full bios unlocked but it’s sure some others ssd need it for their perfect functioning. Now I can use ssd only for normal storage but it sounds like something’s missing(can’t benchmark it)and you understand this is not the final purpose i had on buying this ssd.
January 12, 2018 at 9:34 pm #76836Hi Adam, I bought this Jumper too and received it 2 days ago. The flickering isn’t something particularly annoying, at least to me, I can cover it easily whith keyboard taps or, at most, using the touchpad. I’m really disappointed with the Ac Wifi, it has a range smaller than I expected. It cannot reach my Tp-Link router when my android tablet with wifi N can. Really satisfied with the emmc Sandisk, I didn’t expect that speed(no big deal anyway). Now honestly, all this defects are kinda acceptable if you look at the price the jumper is sold(190 $ for me). It’s obvious that compromises show up at this price. What really pi** me off is the lack of transparency by Jumper. You can’t sell me your product with ssd slot but then deleting from bios the basic settings for the correct functioning of it. I tried everything: clean install of Windows on ssd, cloning ssd from emmc…I also tried to benchmark the ssd, but without the sata setting on bios, CrystalDiskMark and UserBenchmark are not able to recognize the ssd. This is ridiculous, and a lot of people are stucked on this problem just like me. I really hope that Jumper releases a guide and a new bios to flash(and at my own risk). In this current state, I wasted 60 $ for a useless ssd.
September 8, 2016 at 3:43 pm #49237Hi Hans,
first of all thanks for your answer. I don’t understand you when you say “put it in inf folder”.Put what? The touchsettings.gt file? I already put it for sure, infact the touchscreen works perfectly (until the tablet goes sleep). Is there something else to put in INF folder?August 8, 2016 at 12:28 pm #46101Hi Kaleshnikov, the problem is connected to the shortcuts inside windows 10. When you swipe down from the top of the trackpad it’s like you are actually typing the keyboard shortcut “windows button + d ” that minimize all the windows. This shortcut is connected to your trackpad by the keyboard manufacturer, for this reason reason you can’t delete this gesture with conventional metods. I suggest you 2 ways to resolve the issue :
- using the registry editor in order to disable the “windows button + hotkeys” shortcuts. (http://www.askvg.com/tip-how-to-disable-all-win-keyboard-shortcuts-hotkeys-in-windows/) this guide will help you, follow only step 1 or you’ll disable windows button completely. There’s a cons: with this metod the keyboard shortcut will go away but if you accidentally swipe down when you are using the keyboard you will type “d”.
- Using Autohotkey like in this viedo (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=COref–fNsY). I have not tested this metod.

July 17, 2016 at 5:07 pm #43766Hi Troy,
I had the same issue on my cube iwork10 i15-tc but I easily resolved it. I try to restore my tablet with i15-t files downloaded from techtablets, the installation goes well. Then I realised that the touchscreen dindn’t work at all. I tried to reinstall touhscreen drivers but it was no helpful. The solution is pretty simple cause the problem itself is pretty simple: at 99% you installed the wrong installation files for your cube iwork 10 model. For example i had the i15-tc with type-c connector. Your topic saved me (http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/files-for-i15t-restore/) infact i found the i15-tc installation files in there. After installing the correct files the touchscreen restarted to work. So you have to check the model of your device entering on your cube bios. After you find out your device’s model, find the correct files for your model on your own topic. Please let me know if it worked,it worked for me.
