I don’t think anybody understands your question.
August 18, 2016 at 6:49 pm #47261Is 14 hours charging time with a 5V/2,5A Teclast charger (11% to 100%) normal?? 50% to 100% takes about 9 hours This charger is as slow as charging via USB-port What are your charging-times?
No, it’s not normal. Mine charges about 4 hours with the same charger. Bad cable?
Thank you 🙂
I had extended my original cable with a male>female USB cable. Tried with only the original cable and now it is fast-charging, so yes this combo was a bad idea
Checked it with Ampere.apk

August 10, 2016 at 12:53 pm #46334I have a related question on a C2D4. OTA for Android upgrade never completes. Where can one find the files so that the upgrades can be performed using a file instead of OTA?
Mine did finish, only took more then a day 🙁
Ran the update and guess what, it failed!!
Said the update was for a Plus II (C2D4) and that I have the Plus (C2D4). So waiting for an update that won’t work is rather useless.
Youĺl find my link to the original files in this thread. (V1.05). Just search 🙂

August 7, 2016 at 2:28 pm #46012I changed my boot.img (ro.secure=0). I was stubborn, thought it wasn’t necessary because everything is working well.
It solved the hang after a TWRP restore. It just starts like it should!!!

So now you can use TWRP backup/restore without any problem.
Here you can find the modified boot.img file

Same question, I have tried many methods, none have worked.
At your service
Download this and this file credits spzjulien
If you're gonna use windows download this adb file wich contains disable-verity credits casacristo
Download this TWRP file credits Dani Basabe
Download SuperSU from here credits Chainfire
Window users: in the rootonly V2.0 replace the adb.exe with the one you downloaded
First off all type in a terminal
adb root
adb disable-verity
adb reboot
When rebooted type
adb root
adb remount
Now run the file root.bat for Windows users or
open the root.bat file and copy/paste from adb wait-for-device to adb reboot
If you want some tweaks added open root and tweak V3.0 and find/open the file build.prop.tweak
pick your tweaks from line 98 (# More RAM) till the last line, be carefull what you choose!!
reboot, ignore the binaries message!
reboot into DNX-mode (Vol+ Vol- Power together)
type fastboot boot (path to your TWRP folder) loader.efi
or the easy way
type fastboot flash recovery (path to your TWRP folder) /the TWRP img file
reboot into recovery
Install via TWRP the downloaded SuperSU (2.76) you downloaded credits tripper22
Touch doesn't work, you have to use a mouse!!
Reboot and enjoy your rooted device
Edit: almost forgot, you can backup with TWRP but when I did a restore my tablet just hung at the second Teclast screen!!
You are warned!!August 4, 2016 at 9:55 am #45567“Problem” solved, back in bussiness

August 3, 2016 at 12:17 pm #45453Hi,
Does anyone have the stockrom v1.03?
Yesterday my OTA update finally got in. I ran the update and the most stupid thing happend.
Runnung the update gave me a message: this update is for X98 Plus ii (C2D4) you have X98 Plus (C2D4), the update failed!!
So I decided to install the ROM version 1.05 as a update described in the pdf manual from the official site. Tablet in DNX mode and……..fail!!
Intel flash tool said: I don know how to reboot this device?? Ok, no problem but weird.
So in a terminal I entered: fastboot boot (path to) loader.efi, that did the trick. Now I can flash.
After that a factory-reset e voila.
But now there is a problem, If I connect to my PC with USB-cable nothing happens, the tablet isn’t seen!!
I had version v1.03 rooted but now this isn’t possible anymore because the tablet doesn’t connect to my PC which means I can’t perform ADB commands!!
Anyone with v1.05 have the same problem? Should I flash as recovery instead of update? That means I will lose Win10?
Any help appreciated
