    In everywhere, i know people who has more than 5h in Teclast X98 Pro in forum and in the most important page. Teclast page says it has 6-8h. Furthermore i only has 3h max. or in two cases only 1h 30min.

    Gearbest is saying me i have to close my case in PayPal until i will send them the tablet, if they dont give me their address to send in tonight i will elevate the case to a claim. I invite all of you to do the same.

    I have been talking with another people who has de tablet and the battery life is moreless 5-7h, if i were you i would ask for a replacement or refound of the money.

    In my case i have asked for my money back, and when the tablet goes perfectly i will ask for it again.

    I think our units have the battery faulty, i have been charging it moreless 10 times in different ways and chargers and i have the same battery life result, 2-3h.

    <td>Ok i wait a few days. Im very angry because the first time i asked you for this was on 30th August 2015 and it arrives me on 25th October and it is faulty. Furthermore i have two orders lost and i have to pay shipping cost to China. Please give me a solution as soon as possible, this unit has the battery faulty and i have posted it in TechTablets, HTCMania and Hispatablets Forums, im not the only person with this problem, and i think it isnt good advertising for you and Teclast. If i have to wait a whole month for replacement i prefer my money back and i ask for it in another webshop.

    Maybe Teclast made a line in their factory with problems.

    Please send me your adress for a full refound and i will ask you in the future when i check they havent problems, please imagine you send me a new one with problems and if i have to send you to China again. I cant lose more shipping cost.

    I have opened a RMA in Gearbest this morning and i have sent a photo with battery status to them. In Teclast page they say 6-8h battery life, and this morning i have only an hour with edge use. I think we have to open rma in gearbest and in paypal, and be in contact to be more powerfull in our disputes with them. This is a very important failure / fault and i want a usefull tablet or my money back.

    I think we have to put our Nº Tickets to be more powerfull and tell them there are a lot of people with this problem.

    I think buying a new one battery, but i dont know the serial number o model number to ask for it, and i prefer ask for a replacement to Gearbest, i paid it by PayPal maybe the send me a new one after sending this one to China. In aliexpress there are batteries but 12.000mA not 8.000mA like the tablet has.

    Are you tablet from Gearbest too? I asked for it at the end of September and it arrived to Spain on 25th October, maybe there are a lot of with this problem in a fabrication line. In Spain there are three or four more with this problem in the forums.

    I think cells are damaged because in the first model of X98 a lot of people have the same problem. I have the same problem. I bought it at the end of September in Gearbest.

    I have the same problem aparently, only 33min runnign in Android and now is in 70%. This is no normal. Im going to send it to Gearbest for a replacement or money back. I remember now the first charge was wrong because their charger unit was broken and it only charge to 60%. Maybe is because of this reason.

    I have the same problem except the charging (i dont know how to check it, now i have a Aukey 2.5A charger and it runs perfectly).

    My problem is this:

    Windows 10 battery duration aprox. 3h- Browsing in Edge30min, watching videos in youtube 1080p 1h30min, Office 20min

    Android – only a few little time each 30min aprox 10% even playing Modern Combat 5 – 30min x 10×10% – 300min – aprox 5h

    I think is a drivers problem in Windows 10 but i can´t confirm, this afternoon im going to check the duration in Android mode. If the tablet runs 5h we can discard a hardware problem and it will be a software problem in Windows 10.
