Hi, I have the same issue. Mine is blue as well, but you can only see it with light/white background. I am thinking it is a ribbon/connector issue, but I am not willing to fart around with it just incase I make it worse.

I find it very odd that Gear Best has NO reviews for the Ezbook 3 plus…??

Thank you Grant for the reply. The battery in any laptop I have ever owned usually only last 3 years. Was hoping to purchase a spare and make the switch (solder if need be) when the time comes. I don’t think Jumper has a its own web site. I believe Aliexpress is the only “certified” Jumper dealer and they don’t sell spare parts. I think one big issue with these chinese “portable” computers is they can become useless as portables in a few years because the battery. I have ordered several new batteries for my old brand name laptops over the years to keep them portable an useful.
