Install the drivers from the download section of this forum.  go into device manager and upgrade drivers.

I finally got my X2 Pro yesterday from Gearbest, I wiped the pre-installed windows and installed a fresh copy, to my delight it activated itself. I did a windows update and then installed the non Microsoft drivers for the touchscreen etc. My next action on the tablet is to install my 256gb NGFF ssd card but I’m a bit worried about opening the back case. One of my work colleagues suggested this kit. I really don’t feel comfortable using a hot gun or hair dryer.

Someone recommended this  in an earlier post. Although I have bought it I cant tell how good it is because I have not got my tablet yet. Hopefully it will arrive on Tuesday.

Just thought I should give you guys an update on X2 pro purchase from gearbest, its been over two weeks and I have still not yet received the items I ordered . The tracking number Gearbest gave me seems to be bogus, I contacted DHL and they stated the following –

“The tracking number you have supplied, although in the correct format for a DHL International Waybill is not showing on our systems.

This may be because the shipper of the item has supplied you with an incorrect tracking number, or has not yet passed the shipment to DHL for transportation and delivery.”

I will be contacting Paypal to raise a dispute with Gearbest and see if I can get a refund.

Alex, I am still a bit worried about my transaction with Gearbest especially after your comments.wont be happy till i get my hands on the tablet itself, Gearbest never responded to any of my queries during my 7 day wait. Probably shouldn’t have used them but could never resist a good deal.  When I ordered the screen protector from banggood it got despatched the next day!!To be fair, Gearbest did mention on their website it would take 3 – 5 business days before the item is despatched and they have provided me with a photo of the front of the parcel they sent. Will definitely let you guys know when i receive it. DHL tracking shows that its still in Hong Kong since Tuesday the 15th.
