It depends site where you buyed it. Aliexpress didn’t care about customers. If you want a Bmax Y13, better buy it from Amazon, it’s more expensive but gives guarantee of replacement or refund.

Sorry for you guys, but it’s a faulty batch of bmax y13  from first half of 2020. It will not work without blue screens never, no matter what you do, it has hardware problems with memory. That’s reason why sometimes chrome crash and get closed randomly.

I was having that problem some time ago, after thermal mod for cpu, some keys not working properly, needs like 30 times pushing to get a response.

I  think is an internal conflict with drivers. Way to solve that is open your laptop, very carefully to not hit power button with back cover, because that button it’s very very very fragile. Now, disconnect battery (it’s a connector with few thin wires), wait some minutes and reconnect it.
