After a few days of charging and trying various combinations of power+volume buttons I’ve contacted Banggood (where I had bought it from) and they suggest I have it repair locally and they pay for it (well of course I will have to tell them beforehand how much it will cost and they will either accept the charge or not). Do you think I should do that? Or just return it and wait the ~ 40 days it will take for it to go back to China and return to me? I’m from Greece if that matters in any way.

I’m sure you know what your talking about, but how does that make any sense? I mean I didn’t download anything on my own, I used the windows device manager and tried to update one of the items there. In any case, what do you mean by bios programmer? Can I do that on my own?

The screen is not as accurate or responsive. When typing words for example I’ll constantly miss letters, while obviously hitting them all the same with my finger. I thought that perhaps all Chinese tablets were like that but recently I tried a cube iwork 10 and I felt so bad because it was so good.
