you should escalate the dispute to a claim, there’s an option saying “I could not come to an agreement with the seller”
I forgot to say that I contacted them in the 45 days money back guarantee, that may effect what you get. If you are over the 45 days I would send it back for a repair and hope they’ll fix it.
