    Don’t send it back, take the 40, Gearbest suck big time, I bought a Teclast from them, it was DOA, spent 100 to ship it back and nothing happened.  To say I felt ripped off is an understatement.

    Yeah. Not even a charge signal. Opened a ticket. As long as they are quick about it I won’t have to charge back on PayPal

    Yeah. Already contacted Gearbest. Their customer service isn’t great.  But I did all of those things and it’s dead for sure. Their charger. My own Asus tablet charger. Different cables. Nothing. No charging icon with any charger I tried.

    Yeah, held the button for ages, held the power  on it’s own and power and volume up and power and volume down.

    Nothing, and no charging icon, I think the tablet is dead on arrival 🙁

    So I charged with the proper charger, I used my adapter, still bricked, looks like I am going to return it 🙁

    Yes, Going to try my adapter from work tonight and see what happens, fingers crossed it works!

    Will let you know what happens, would rather not wait to get a new one 🙂

    I was shipped a dead one, all I can tell you is not to buy it from Gearbest. I should have cancelled the order when I had the chance, they took 2 weeks to ship when they advertised 3 days. I picked up the tablet from DHL and it will not start after changing all night. It’s dead basically. And they shipped the wrong charger too. I have 2 tablet chargers and the tablet doesn’t indicate it is charging and it won’t boot after being on a tabelt charger all night.

    Avoid Gearbest if you decide to get this tablet is all I can suggest.

    Going to try tonight, they sent the Euro adapter and I am in Canada so that was a no g last night, I am going to bring my adapter from work, but even a trickle charge is not showing up. if it only works with their adapter it’s going to be a Giant Pain ;( So far I think it’s a dead tablet, I charged it all night last night and it won’t power on at all, and that charger charges my Asus tablet with an Intel chip in it.

    Not a big fan of Gearbest so far, took three weeks to even ship this POS and now they sent me a dead tablet it looks like. Glad I paid with Paypal.
