KN,  I had a look at the drivers available for download from jumperDOTcomDOTcn/download via Baidu (which you also have gratefully attached), and none of those are for the keyboard.  Not sure exactly how this is supposed to solve the problem in question.

    Hi Alan,

I used a free Windows program that I downloaded from filehippo.com, a reputable download site.  I think the program I used was “Driver Booster.”  There are several similar programs available on the website.

I had the same problem after updates, and I attributed it to a defective keyboard.  Now, I am not so sure anymore.

This is a problem worth exploring.  Nicolas, if I could, I would copy the keyboard drivers from your driver package to my C:\Windows\System32\drivers directory, but there is no way from Windows because unlike the touchscreen drivers, the keyboard drivers are protected from deletion.

Thank you for the reply, Nicolas.  False alarm.  The keyboard is now working, but the pogo connector between keyboard and tablet is very temperamental.  It takes a few reconnections for both trackpad and keyboard to work.

For now, I don’t think anymore that this is a driver issue.
