I had to send this back to Bangood to solve the problem. believe it or not it has taken until this week to receive one back from them. It is not the nearly new one I returned for repair but a tatty one with severely scratched screen. I have been offered 500 points compensation (100 works out about $1.00) which is a joke. I have listed it for sale at about half of what I paid for it so be warned, think carefully before buying from Asia.

I could not get it working and eventually sent it back to GearBest for repair and up to now I have still not had it returned to me despite repeated messages to and from them. It has been months now and as the Core M units are common now I fear it will be worthless if and when I do get it back.
Lesson here: DO NOT BUY FROM CHINESE COMPANIES.

April 1, 2018 at 7:36 pm in reply to: Jumper Ezpad 4s tablet PC – Windows 10 clean install drivers #141400I have now done a clean install of Win 10 and have everything except sound working. No playback, recording or sounds when I click the speaker icon. Device Manager shows ES8396AudCodec Device but I have not managed to install a driver that works for this. Any ideas?
If I do a clean install of Win 10 will the network adaptor for WiFi be working?
No auto rotate for screen but I can live without that. I did a clean install of Windows 10 which cured the network problem but I still have the auto rotate not working, it is upside down when not locked.
I have tried updating all the drivers for the items in the Network Adapters, 2 Bluetooth and all the different WAN Miniports (8) and uninstalling them all then restarting but nothing is working since the Windows 10 automatic update.
I have the same, no network after win 10 update. I had to buy a USB wireless adapter to get online. Any solution?
was there a solution for the WiFi problem?
I want to reduce the size of my android partition and increase windows. Is there a simple way of doing this on my x80 pro? At the moment there does not seem to be enough space for the Windows updates.
