In the device manager? Or doubledriver?
Did you checked it in the Event Viewer? There you can find out what executed it…
You shouldn’t delete it by hand, rather use the disk cleanup tool. Right click on C:/ -> disk cleanup, tap delete system files, wait until it counts the files` size, make sure you checked all the possible files to remove before you tap delete!
Deleting it by hand could lead to problems.

I could fix it by going to: Setting -> System -> Power & Sleep -> uncheck both option under WiFi
This will prevent the tablet from syncing in Windows wile asleep, but when you wake it, it will reconnect no problem

When this occured on my Hi8
I fixed it by apllying pressure/(sort of) pulling on the Windows logo, and the f.f camera.
go to pc setting, update and security, recovery, advanced startup, after the restart select UEFI tools
Just try to download those parts one by one.
