I just asked gearworst to cancel my order (2x Teclast AirIII) which has been waiting to be disptched since 26/11. I have asked for a refund and now credit/wallet rubbish. Lets see what happens

I also contacted them some days ago to ask how come they have a Christmas sale on 20 pcs of X98 Air III units when I have been waiting for 3 weeks on my 2 paid for units to be dispatched… I was told that they are out of stock and I was offered store credit (wallet)… I paid with a VISA debit card… Think I need to start raising this as an issue…</p>

Aha… It did work then?! Somewhere I heard that flashing Mireks AirII/3G ROM on a AirIII would not work… But if it does, then this is excellent. I will flash mine ASAP… Thanks!

Had a good experience ordering from Bang… 2 X98 3G units… Arrived only 8 days after ordering (to UK) I asked for postNL to be used but some other free of extra post charges courier was used. Still all good. Customer service replies are also all good so all a good experience… Only thing I would mention is the lack of original box. Bang repack items loosing the original packaging… I would prefer if they would simply put the original box into a extra protective one

My first 3 orders from Gearbest went ok. Shipped using NL post… Took between 2-3 weeks to arrive. Then my last 2 X98 tablets took 5 weeks to arrive and looked like the dogs dinner when they finally came. Box was all chewed up, tablets looked like they had been used with back film peeling off…

 

Anyway. I was dumb enough to order 2 more AirIII units from Gearworst on the 26/11. 2 weeks went by and order is still “processing” contacted Gearworst some week ago and I was told that they are sorry but they are out of stock. Today however, they are having a Christmas sale with 20 units being sold at a special price…

 

My last order from Banggood was brilliant… Took 8 days to arrive… Also using postNL… Only downpart is that the original packaging is not included, Bang seem to repack certain items for better protection… I dont mind that but I would preferr if Bang could send the original box as well… Just put one box into the other or something…

Add me too. Ordered 2 Air III units from gearworst on 26/11 after 2 weeks of “processing my order” I asked them what is going on? They told me that they are out of stock. Today however, they have a christmas sale going on and 20 Air III units are being sold at a special price of $121 while my order is STILL being “processed” Im thinking of canceling the order but as i will be away over christmas I might just as well keep waiting
