I just installed and booted ElementaryOS 5.1 from USB (wrote with balenaEtcher) without a problem as second partition on emmc.

Grub works fine too. If it matters I think my EzBook is V3 (Bios from 30/9/2017)

Open regedit (Win-Key+R), go down this path: HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Accessibility\Keyboard Response

Rightclick the value you want to change and choose “change” –> change it from 1000 to 500 😉

Well you could execute regedit and go manually to the path specified in the .reg-File.

You just have to edit the values manually, then it works fine.
