Anyone tried to run Linux on “detached” mainboard? No screen, no dock, no camera, only USB power plugged in. I’ve took out mainboard from chassis, disconnected everything but it can’t power on :/

I’d like to run it as headless server on Ubuntu 18.04 🙂

I’m sorry for cross-post, but does Hi12 turns on without all those ribbon cables – screen, keyboard, cameras, speakers? Only with power through micro USB without battery connected?

I have linux installed successfully and I would like to use Hi12 as SBC acting as server (no gui) only. So these components are useless for me…
