As smartphone saves more and more private information for phone users, it is easy to understand that why we need to copy our personal data on somewhere eles to keep it from being lost forever. An android file manager could backup android phone data to computer with ease, try Mobiledic Android Backup Assistant. Don’t know how to export android messages to pc,

just follow these steps: Step 1:Connect Android Phone to pc and start the app on computer Notice: If this is the you cannecting android phone to the problem on computer, you should enbale USB debugging first, and install a USB driver on your computer, then the app would detect your android phone automatically. Step 2:Select Data and Start Export That’s all! We can use Coolmuster Android Assistant to move almost everything from android phone to computer, and we can also use it to manage apps, contacts on computer, have a try! A wide range of Android brands are supported by this Android managing tool, including HTC, Samsung, Motorola, Sony, ZTE, LG, HUAWEI, Dell

As far as I know, there are many Android backup programs or apps like Samsng kies, Gmail account, Dropbox, and more in google play.

    i’m asking for a clarification:

    USB1 should be labelled WINPE.

USB2 has to be labelleld the same? or it can be left as it is? .doc files it seems only the USB1; but by translating the downloaded chinese doc explanation it seems all the 2 USB has to be labelled WINPE… you can also try some programs to restore Android on  your windows 10.

Thanks for your help, i will try it.

    How to enter android recovery

    .

You can enter Android Recovery mode by using the hardware keys, so it’s often a last resort for people troubleshooting a device, especially if the screen is unresponsive. Not every device has the same method :

    1. Hold down the Power key and select Power off. If the touchscreen is unresponsive, then you can simply keep holding down the Power key for several seconds until the device turns off.
    2. Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key. You should see the Android mascot on his back, a bunch of information about your device, and Startat the top of the screen.
    3. To navigate through the menu options, you use the Volume up and Volume downkeys. The Power key is used to make a selection. Press Volume down twice, and you should see Recovery mode in red up at the top right. Press the Power key to select it.
