Maybe your keyboard or usb hub doesn’t power the usb correctly?

I have the official keyboard with 2 full size usb connection thats what I use and didn’t have any issues.

The other thing you can check is the secure boot. Make sure its disabled. If this still wouldn’t solve your problem I probably can’t help you sorry.

You would need to create a bootable Windows 10 install USB if you don’t know how to do this please google it you will find plenty of results.

Then you would need a keyboard and when the tablet boots up and on the chinese logo you would need to press delete till it goes to BIOS.

If you created you USB correctly you can go to the boot or save & exit tab where you can select your USB as a bootable device.

I hope the above helps.. good luck!

Well I didn’t get much help from this forum or the people here about my issue. Luckily I managed to resolve the issue.

I tried so many things take the tablet a part for about 2-3 times just to make sure the cam is connected to the motherboard or I didn’t damage the cable on any way when I done the previous upgrade.

Then my last solution was to put the original ssd back cause I remembered the cam was working fine with the original OS and voila. The issue was the Windows. I cloned the original ssd to the new one but somehow the camera driver had a defect what I couldn’t resolve even reinstalling the drivers, so I just done a fresh win10 install and everything works fine now no issues. I can even say Windows 10 runs a bit better then before.

I do recommend to everyone who is capable to do to reinstall the windows cause it makes the tablet much better.

    I thought I just share my experience…

I would try a system restore  but if that wouldn’t work it can be a hardware fault. the problem is that the card is soldered to the motherboard so quite hard to repair.

    Hi there,

Did you get that screen protector? If yes do you use it with the keyboard?

I’m after a screen protector as well but doesn’t have to be glass cause I have the keyboard with my tablet and I think the glass wouldn’t work with it..
