My 2,5” WD Elements 1,5 TB works flawlessly on both ports . It’s probably related to electronic e.g. controller, but not to size 😛

u use the wrong side for charging, the left hole is the headphone jack, the right one is for charging. But don’t worry, u be not the first one who choose the wrong hole 😛

For the video. that looks that there are button stucks in the keyboard, probably the “DEL” for entering Bios and “ESC” for exiting. They both have normal pressure point or feel different like the others ?
