Not worth it for you, or anybody else. SD card slot will stop working in a matter of days, screen very easy to scratch, bluescreens in Windows when it updates… Great tablet on paper that becomes a major disappointment over time.
July 16, 2016 at 10:21 pm #43687A6C7 here. I was using Mirek v3.0 happily with the SD card (windows never managed to access it) and suddenly one day I also lost SD access in Android. Every card was reported as 2GB (tried 1GB, 16GB, 32GB, several brands) and obviously never managed to erase, access or write to them.
I flashed latest Teclast Android firmware and I can access it again. I guess I’ll stick with it for now.
Link in case anyone is interested, right from the Teclast website:

Will this brick my device if I did any steps wrong?
April 2, 2016 at 1:58 pm #31696Advice: use Jdownloader 🙂
Is it possible to upload this to Mega: http://pan.baidu.com/s/1eQWAWJC I do not like Baidu and cannot understand how to navigate downloads on it. I’d like to see what’s different with the drivers inside the new Windows 10 image.
April 2, 2016 at 12:05 pm #31686I went through the whole Mirek’s flashing procedure (clean install), using the provided boot.img instead of mirek’s. If I’m doing it wrong, and someone can provide some tips as to how to flash only this file, I’ll be glad to test and post results 🙂
I flashed 2.1 Mirek ROM swapping the boot.img for this one… and now it doesn’t boot at all, stuck on the teclast splashscreen. I have A6C7 Plus Dual Boot.
does it works with the Mirek’s Rom??… Just replace and reflash??
yes i think ! you can try just make a backup for sure
flash it through fastboot my friend
April 2, 2016 at 8:15 am #31666I have A6C7 version. The 2.1 Mirek ROM worked fine except for the cameras.
So I tried flashing 2.1 Mirek ROM, swapping the boot.img file for this one… and now Android doesn’t boot at all, the screen remains stuck on the teclast logo. Boot menu and Windows are fine.
On a side note, my stock Windows also has issues with camera: every time I switch cameras I get an error saying that ‘Something went wrong’ (when I dismiss it the camera does switch, though). I can take screenshots with both cameras, but not record videos. I get error code 0xA00F425D (0x80070057).
I tried updating the camera driver (it downloaded an updated version automatically and now I’m on version 21.10154.6044.496) but no improvements.
Looking forward to a new Mirek version for our A6C7!
