I went through hell to do a clean-installation, even getting it installed, i ran into series of driver problems.

all of the touch screen issue raised from OP is due to the tamper glass screen protector.  I tested it out by have the screen protector covered half of the screen

; it’s clear as day the root cause.  I going to use it without the screen protector until I find a better one that doesn’t affect the touch experience.

I got stuck at 55% before and manually reboot it.  It restarted the reset sequence itself, this time it did complete (just have to wait 4-5 hours).

Thanks all.  I just used the Dec installation image and everything is okay now.  Mainly i want to get rid of the Android partitions and now Win10 is much more snappy =P.

Thanks for the feedback.  Win10 installed properly and I installed all the device drivers one by one, but screen is upside down and touchscreen not working.  Which device should try to reset/resinstall?

I used another method to create the USB key, got over the installation process, stay tuned.
