My bios is 09/30/2017.
I certainly did exactly as per your instructions. And I also tried boot rEFInd from USB boot drive using Etcher. But the result is still Jumper logo.
I do not install Linux. I installed Phoenix OS, a Android-x86. I installed in another drive.
But even if I did not install it, Refind would not work.

@Brad, Do you have another idea? Can you Teamviewer to help me, please? Thank you !

Please help me. I followed your instructions exactly. But when I reboot into refind, the screen just pops up the logo jumper and nothing happens. I had to go to the BIOS and override the Windows Boot Manager to get into Windows 10.
I tried several times and failed. I plan to install dual boot Windows 10 and Phoenix OS.

I hope has a way to flash the fully unlocked bios with power limit setting.

And of course, Gemini Lake will be worth the wait.

I have a problem with the keyboard. When I hold down the key to type a letter (eg, aaaaaaaaaaaaa) or delete text, it does not type immediately but wait 2-3s begin typing continuously. Even typing speed is not fast.
How to type consecutive letters immediately when holding down the key?

Do you have any idea?
