I received my tablet today from aliexpress VC Mall

It wont start and there are two spots on the screen. I am really disappointed. I am giving them two days to solve it, otherwise I open the dispute

Edit: tablet is working, I don’t know, where was the problem. I am going to do some tests

I am being a little bit disappointed. It is 4 days and you did not answer. You said to me a week ago on a chat, that you will send first bunch of tablets last weekend 12-13 December. So it is thursday but I still have no tracking number for DHL. Did you already send it or do I have to wait for a more time? And if it is neccessary to wait, why? What are the problems?

I wrote to VC Mall on sunday, on monday and tuesday but still no answer. I am starting to be disappointed

I wrote tho VC Mall few days ago, if I have my tablet before Christmas. They wrote me, that maybe – see attachement

I wrote them on friday 11 December on chat and they wrote me, that they will send it during weekend 12-13 December. I wrote them message on sunday, 13 December when they will send it via DHL, but still no answer :-/

I write to VC Mall on chat now, and they confirmed me, that first bunch of 4000 tablets will be send this weekend 12-13th December. So we will see, if it is true or not 😉

I bought on black friday from VC Mall. I did not received any fake tracking number or order cancealation. They just wrote with request to extend processing time and excuse for problems. Thats all.

Hello, I bought docking keyboard, because I want it use like notebook. When you use bluetooth keyboard, you can not connect to tablet second bluetooth device (mouse, phone etc.)

I ordered on Aliexpres by seller VC Mall too. They wrote message when they send it. They will have 5.-.6. december 4000 pieces of tablet in stock and than they will test it. I hope, there will not be problems with 32/64bit Windows 10 or with overheating
