I don’t use Android but only Windows. I only bought the tablet to use Windows and obviously the tablet is junk.
October 13, 2016 at 11:40 pm #54849I spent a lot of time but could not solve the problem so I ended up buying an external WiFi adapter to plug in for using the Internet. I think it’s their hardware compatibility problem but would be glad to hear if someone found a solution how to fix it.
March 25, 2016 at 4:48 am #30794Emily – My computer doesn’t have any antivirus installed.
Alex – Thank you again for your suggestion. I uninstalled the newer driver but when I try to install older one (v 1.478) it takes a lot of time and then give me an error while attempting to install: This operation returned because the timeout expired.
When I try to run Setup.exe instead of trying to update the drivers through Device Manager I get the same result: Broadcom 802.11n Wireless Adapter still doesn’t work.
I am so frustrated because I spent so much time here that it would worth for me to pay more but get a decent technical support where I could simply call 800 if any issue!March 24, 2016 at 5:13 am #30674Thank you for the drivers and the instructions, Alex.
I copied the drivers (I have H10 v 200), completely uninstalled both devices (Brodcom 802.11n Wireless CDIO Adapter and bcmfn Device).
When I scanned for hardware changes it will bring up two Unknown Devices without installed drivers.
I updated one driver and got this error in the end:
This device is currently waiting for another device or set of devices to start. (Code 51)When I updated the second device I got another error:
Device cannot start (code 10)When I updated 43430r0nvram.TXT in c:\windows\system32\drivers\ folder and restarted computer I ended up with the exactly the same situation I had before.
What am I doing wrong?
March 23, 2016 at 3:12 pm #30544Thank you for the response, Alex.
There is no need to be in a safe mode to uninstall and reinstall a driver. I did it several times. Maybe the drivers that I copied from CHUWI website are wrong or maybe it’s a hardware issue but I had no improvements after I did it. Any other idea or maybe you can attach here the specific drivers you used so I could download and try them?
March 20, 2016 at 9:24 pm #30183I downloaded the drivers from CHUWI website but they did not help as the drivers that were updated by windows were even newer,
I still have the same diver issue and now WiFi. Anyone could help?
March 17, 2016 at 5:38 am #29738I just reinstalled Windows 10×64 and it gave me Broadcom 802 11n v 1.517 (09/23/2015) driver but it tells me this devise can not start (Code 10) Operation Failed. So Network Adapter doesn’t work hence I have no WiFi.
I guess I need to download the latest CHUWI Hi10 -64 drivers so I went to this page:
http://pan.baidu.com/s/1kUwiCUN
But it asks me for user ID and password. I don’t have Chinese phone number to register and I don’t see how to register only by email.
Can someone download for me the driver and give me the link? I actually need only WiFi divers.Any other suggestion how to make the Networking Adapter work are very much appreciated!
Thank you in advance!March 17, 2016 at 5:26 am #29737———————————
