Microsoft probably don’t care because they want everyone to have the operating system initially.

they will make their money on paid features which will probably roll out next year.

Malwarebytes did it awhile ago, activating people with cracked versions in the hope they will see the value in the product and buy it when the legal key runs out.

from what you say about the keys being only for Chinese versions of windows, sure you could just change the language pack anyway.

Cube are just full of s&#t like the rest of the Chinese market .

    no regulation whatsoever .

I’m hoping Linux takes off on tablets in a big way. Would much rather use Linux Mint for example than Windows. I only use Windows for games on my main rig, everything else I switch to Linux. I’m not sure how viable the Cube i7 stylus is for Linux though, suppose it depends on the touchscreen and wifi drivers.

Wow i finally recieved … the confirmation on myself that DHL knows my parcel now :( But its still in HK. So 1 week and a half before it even got to DHL, that was really my first and last time with DHL ? Or the Cube Store is really overdue and normally it doesnt take that long. Idk, anyone ordered also with DHL and can tell me how long it took for them to get the Cube i7 Stylus?

I chose DHL, and am on the east coast of the US, the shipment is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

KMSpico definitely does not contain any virus or trojan. At least if it’s from the official source and the user doesn’t agree to install the bundled crap as part of the install process. Windows activated with kmspico will function exactly the same as an officially activated os, without any performance issues or anything. Still, if you’ve bought a brand new tablet, the least you expect is a properly licensed Windows.

It seems cube have factory installed Windows 8.1 pro with a volume licence. Not sure if the volume licence is legitimate, it may be licensed to cube for use in the Chinese market, but it does have an activation expiry. Kmspico was then put on as an afterthought so that windows will appear to remain activated. Very shady practice, not that Microsoft will care or indeed do anything.

Hello I have both pens and they look quite the same …the only difference I could see is that the original has the extra tips and the no m.e one has none ….I got mine today so I cannot say so much about the performance….but all seems to  work fine.  I can also confirm that there is a file called spiko in the program files . Mine came with a big oil patch in the middle of the screen that I easily “sucked out “.

@julioaqua Like mine: (Second unit I got)

Another activated hacked one, from Cube was it? My second one was from Banggood.com and had no activation hacks.  It had Bing 8.1 and was legit. So it looks like my 3rd unit could have a dodgy activation then 🙁

Not yet, and no tracking number. I have been waiting weeks now. I need to update my review and add bad points. No keyboard on launch!
