I’ve had the same issue since the beggining. My right-side usb port only works with usb 2.0 devices.

Ok anyone have any suggestions to help us? Thanks!

been looking still but have not found a solution to the non working 3.0 usb port on the right side.  again before I did the clean install of win10 it was working.  it will only read 2.0 usb drives but once I put a 3.0 8gb for example it will not read it and doesn’t show up in file manager.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the universal serial bus controllers, changing my bios to disable fast boot, change  my battery option to not shut down when usb is used.  I read on the web that the intel (r) usb 3.0 eXtensible host controller 1.0 had issues some other forums and modded drivers but really don’t want to use modded drivers.  hope someone can help.  thanks again.

Hi everybody! I have a win7 pro serial-number! I tried to install win7 to voyo a1 ultimate plus. When win7 (install) is booting from usb it is crash. If I try to install from win10 it don’t allow to install to the internal storage. I can’t delete or create new partition. Maybe something driver problem! There is a chance to install a legal win7 with my serial and upgrade to win10.

Would you definitely recommend this laptop? Or is it better an asus vivobook e200ha?

The voyo is much better on paper… Double the ram, much better screen, BUT unless you’re willing to go through all the tutorials on here to make it work fully and get rid of the chinese crap… I’d look for something else. Its still slow for everything… Oh, and the voyo has android too…

It won’t replace a real laptop.

Yeah obviously I would use it just for college and watching movies.

Hardware of this device is good, considering is under 250€, and I am not afraid of reinstall drivers or stuff like that… I am afraid of the sound if screen brightness is not 100% or that it doesn’t turn on after 3 months.
Could you suggest me a better device?

Hey Guys, registered and dropped by just to send a warm “Thank You” to all in this thread that shared information about reinstalling W10 on a Voyo (A1 PLUS V3 Ultrabook in my case).
Special thanks for sharing the Bosh accelerometer drivers and the battery ones (its funny that they provide the wrong ones for the V3 on the support site and others are just plain missing) All in all got it working 100% on my language, less heating up (imho it feels that way, havent tested), no more random graphical issues I was having. Overall a much stable and performing experience. Cheers!

ok so just to make sure I fully understand what you are saying/asking, you installed what I am presuming to be Windows 10 Home Edition, didnt use it for a couple of weeks and now its a different version of windows? I just want to make sure the facts are all straight.

I didn’t use for a couple of weeks, and the windows didn’t boot! Nothing happen, I only can reinstall the windows! It was good for some days and I didn’t use the laptop for some week again and now the windows didn’t load. Windows tried to repair itself, but not succeed! Now I reinstalled the windows second times. I don’t know the reason why forger the data or why damage the data on the internal storage when I don’t use the laptop for some weeks.

When you are not using thia laptop is it plugged in to stay charged or is the battery completely drained when you use it after the length of time?

Thanks for all of the info in this thread. I’ve got everything working well except the touchscreen. As some others have said in this thread, sometimes it looks like multiple thouches are being registered and other times the touch is being registerd away from where I am actually touching it.

My machine is a VOYO A1 PLUS Ultimate WiFi Version and the following version info may help.

    Windows 10 1607 (OS Build 14393.67)
KMDF HID Minidriver for Touch IC2 Driver Sileadinc.com
    Driver Date: 24/11/2015
    Driver Version: 15.57.16.4

On the Driver Details dialog, I see 2 files listed

    mshidkmdf.sys, Provider Microsoft Corporation, File Version 10.0.14393.0 (rs1_release. 160715_1616)
    – and –
SileadTouch.sys, Provider Unknown, File Version Unknown

In the \Drivers directory, SileadTouch.sys has the following properties –

    Date Modified: 25/11/2015 07:39
    File size: 119,632 bytes

    There is also a SileadTouch.fw file –

    Date Modified: 23/11/2015 18:24:42
    File size: 98,655 bytes

All devices are showing as working OK in Device Manager.

Would someone with a correctly working Touch Screen please compare their driver info to the above for me please?

When I reinstalled Win 10 on my V3 I had a similar issue, they way I resolved it was to completely remove and delete the driver, then install the one from the downloads section on here. Hope that helps

Hi, maybe someone knows a compatible touch screen replacement for voyo a1 plus ultimate? Unfortunately I broke mine (touch screen only). Would be great help if someone knows a compatible touchscreen or even the touchscreen brand/model for this pc.

(since mine works (it’s only broken on top left corner) I prefer to do the replacement when I get the compatible replacement.)

    Thank you

    Hi All!

I am running into some Wi-Fi issues, I have been forced to update to Windows 10. Now that Windows 10 is installed it is not finding any Wireless Networks, I currently have Broadcom 802.11n Wireless SDIO (1.596.12.0) Driver date 7/13/2016 installed. Any suggestions would be most appreciated!
