http://www.myvoyo.com/xiazai/Win Pad/A1 PLUS qijianban/down/ It’s the first link “A1 PLUS driver package collection “… I believe. Download that and unzip it. It will be mostly in Chinese, but look for the folder that says “bios”. Let me know when you got this and I’ll walk you through it. You can’t just install like it seems. I even had a virus alert on one of the files… I don’t trust the Chinese files and I didn’t like that my Voyo A1 Plus Ultimate already had a profile created on it when I got it. That’s the main reason I slicked it and re-installed Windows. Just trying to be safe.

ghostfreckle can you tell me how you updated the bios?  thanks again.

I resolved that setting BIOS to default values. I don’t know why, but this worked for me.

    Regards!

On the Voyo download site there are several links starting with Voyo A1, and then some Chinese text that I cannot read. Is it the first link from 2016-03-21 with 3M of data?

    Thanks!! Jan-Marc

I used Google translate to find the right option. But after clicking I got send to Baidu, and there I have to install some other service in order to download the whole lot. Are these new virussus, or what is this? 🙂

I’ve had the same issue since the beggining. My right-side usb port only works with usb 2.0 devices.
