Dont work fine My tab has the well known battery management fault. Shutdown on heavy load
Not good, I’ve pushed mine hard running intel burn test and 3dmark it never crashed on me. Just out of interest, is your one the first batch? (Non blue USB 3 port and 32bit Windows?)

Hi guys,
my Chuwi Hi10 arrived yesterday from gearbest EU warehouse.
My unit is with Serial number HI10- HI10 42151101029-3000 came with windows 10 32bit, so I followed instruction at “http://forum.chuwi.com/thread-15-1-1.html” and updated it to windows 10 64bit.
I’m really unhappy with this product, as is not working as intended:
– it does shut down without any reason, even with 40% of residual charge
– if I try to connect external hard disk it shut downLast time it shut down I was transferring small file between the 2 usb port using lexar usb flash drive while watching a video, after a couple of second it went black screen. Then I tried to boot it up again and after a couple of attempt it started but with something like 2% residual battery: problem is it was fully charged before black screen!
I’m sure is a battery/current problem: as soon as the usb demand more power the tablet shut down for preventing damage…It’s NOT a reliable product, I’d like to know if anyone founded a solution/BIOS update to this problem or if I’ll have to ask a refund to gearbest.
Thank you for you time,

No its not from the first batch. it is with blue usb port. but I had to update the tab (bios, windows, drivers) bc at the beginning it was much more terrible.
this is the detailed description of my error: http://techtablets.com/forum/topic/flashplayer-error-especially-with-unity-web-player/

February 1, 2016 at 8:34 pm #24713I had mine for about 2 weeks, went completely dead. Won’t even boot to the bios. Been in touch with Chuwi support they couldn’t help just said to contact the seller and get it returned. A week and a half of sending messages to VC Mall and I’m still waiting for them to reply, pretty annoyed now as I got stung for customs so all in all I’ve spent 200 quid on a lump of plastic.

February 9, 2016 at 12:31 pm #2552364bit with docking keyboard which I ordered with tablet, had some issues with Intel HD graphic driver, sometimes screen went black and driver reported crash and restarted, now Iam running few weeks without problems … battery is weak, so when Iam running some games like WoW, tablet just shutdowns due to battery that cannot give out so much power so I have to be connected to power adapter (thats my guess at least), and I really dont like that native resolution is portrait, warcraft 3 is launching rotated about 90 degrees, running in window mode solves this problem, but Bluestacks is just not usable, I tried to change resolution in regedit, but its still screwed, Youtube on chrome sometines start lagging, and wifi sometimes stops working for a while, and last thing, when tablet is in sleep for a longer time and I wake it up, screen is black and I can see only mouse, and that can be solved only by restarting or by presing ctrl+alt+del and screen appears

Oh my god!! It seems to be the worst tablet in the world, how chuwi has made this tablet with a lot of bugs!?!

February 10, 2016 at 4:29 pm #25624I bought CHUWI Vi10 Pro 10.6″ IPS Screen Win8.1 Android 4.4 Dual OS Intel Z3736F 2GB 64GB.
Working well after three days, but I would like to change android to multi user version.
The battery checker apps on android display battery capacity around 4000 mAh instead of 8000. Whats wrong with this?

February 11, 2016 at 12:22 pm #25700I got my Hi10 a week ago, so far I only had some minor problems. It turned off once while having about 10-15 Edge tabs open. I could turn it back on without any issues. My other problems is that the battery seems to charge faster while the tablet is powered on and sleeping than turned off. Charging for about 6 hours at night powered off did not recharge the battery. Powered on it got to 100% in about 4-5 hours. After sleep the wifi says no internet connection, I have to turn the wifi off/on to fix it, but that is not a big deal. Generally these issues don’t bother me.
I like the screen a lot, it is really sharp and so bright that usually I use it at 25%. The sound is OK with the equalizer turned off. The 3.5mm audio out is really good, I used headphones and pc speakers with it. Bluetooth audio works without problems too.
General operation speed is really good, multitasking works flawlessly, the eMMC storage is fast enough considering it is just eMMC.
It took me a day to set everything to my language, the whole system was originally chinese. Now all text and region setting are Hungarian so it is not locked to China regional settings. I had to set every little setting to hungarian because otherwise the windows store displayed all apps in their chinese name.
For the price it is a really neat device.
