Why do you have two times??…

When it does fail to me, I have only the tree “Speichercontroller” with the yellow triangle, but not the SD-Hostadapter that you have already after the Prozessoren tree…

If I was you, I will extract the SD, delete both trees (the six elements), reboot (without the SD card), and go back to the Device manager to see what happened. If now you have only one tree (the SD-Hostadapter after de Prozessoren is the right one), then you can insert the SD and maybe it will work.

    Good Luck!

    Thanks GAL

I have also 2 on my little Onda Tablett, where the SD works perfect.

That seems not to be the problem…

    But thanks anyway to CpA

Yes, yes… you are right. I also have both trees…

Just the final test. Could you go into the device manager and disable the third purple Intel Sd controller (the last one), wait three or four seconds and then reenable it again??

    What happend then??

    Regards…

Well another 20 bucks wasted. Tablet used to be OK with a 32GB from my phone so I picked up a Sandisk Ultra 32GB class 10 from Costco. In Android got the usual SD is damaged message, In Windows the yellow exclamation. Flashed back to the original bios dated 15/01/2016, still the same results. Tried the one from the phone that used to work, same thing. Tried a 64 GB formatted to EXT3 which Android should be really happy with, but no, card is damaged (not). Seems the problem gets worse with time and more money wasted on unneeded SD cards. Same observation as Gerd above, no yellow triangle when deactivated but there when active.

I just let go of my 128GB Sandisk and put it in my China-GoPro as it just not stable enough. I’m fine with the 64GB Kingston.. as long as it’s stable I can live with it.

BTW, 20$ on 32GB? I got my 64GB Kingston for about 14$ from gearbest.

I also have a Samsung Evo 64GB on the way.

I have a Sandisk Ultra 128gb microSDXC class 10 which works perfectly on both android (mirek v2.1) and windows 10 (dutch). If I can help you by showing screenshots or logs, I don’t mind assisting. I’d rather not flash anything new on my tablet however, since I don’t want to risk losing the compatability…

When you are in Android and restart to windows with the icon for that, then the sd card working well under Windows??

Tell us which version of x98 you own (look at the back side of the tablet) and the bios version…

    Thanks

Same here, but just for 3 weeks
For 3 weeks, the SD Card worked wonderfully, in Windows and Android.
I have made no changes to the tablet, but suddenly the card was no longer recognized under Windows .
Since then I have done everything to fix the problem with no luck…

    I hope your luck holds!

I feel like a complete idiot for managing to upload the video upside-down but here’s a video. I’ll try to flip it around when I get back home.

I’ve been using it for about a month now, so for the moment, my luck seems to be holding…

Same here, I have tried the latest BIOS file downloaded from Baidu and the way it translated for me was it was an update issued April 12th which would fix everything, however after flashing nothing changed. I checked the version numbers in BIOS and it is the same as the .bin file provided earlier, BIOS dated Feb 23 which is on this forum so for me still error 10 in Windows and “damaged card ” in Android.

Thanks for the video. Don’t worry about the flipping…

I have two differences. The date that appears over the bios version is different (the rest is the same), and also the boot menu selector it seems different than mine. You have the icons bigger than mines (windows & android icons).

Anyway, everything is working to you. On my tablet, if I change from Android to Windows as you have done in your video, I lost the SD card, and the only solution that works is go into the BIOS and reset defaults again…

    It’s a crazy thing…
