TPM module is a security hardware. The microsoft management console says, the X5 Pro has no TPM module. In device manager I have no unknown devices.

Where or how can you clear TMP module? X5 Pro has no TPM modue (or not available from windows), but if there is, you can not erase the contents. Can you try it with external monitor?

I have no virus, malware, rootkit, trojan or any other threats. But firstly after receiving I was started immediately with factory reset.

I know, that these apps can only virtualized android, not native. But I belive, we can use native Android, just we need to configure it.  The screen rotation did not work well and it has no touchpanel. I read somwhere, we need to load a kernel module, that driver.

It has no dual OS. I tried x86 Android but touchscreen was not works.

I would add that I have upgraded to a Windows 10 creators update.

After reinstalling windows, the first windows updete brings good drivers. Restart and ok.

Yes, it is a physical problem and not sure the display is bad. It may be a ribbon cable, video control chip, connector, etc.

Works the 3,5mm audio jack?

You have not only the windows volume manager. You also have a realtek software on system tray (or in start menu). Check this.

I ordered a Power Delivery Type-C charger. It can’t charge the device but the data line is ok. When I connect a USB hub with its own power source, it works. When the hub’s power source is disconnected, the port isn’t works. It seems, it doesn’t have electricity. Im contacted with Gearbest customer service.
