Like a spare flexi PCB for a Chuwi 14.1 Lapbook.

hi, my 14.1 reports only 4500mAhr, charges to 54% max.  Is it that each each cell is 3.7V at 4500mahr giving 7.4v at 4500mAhr as they are placed in series? Charge icon is always red.

Hi, I have the 14.1 it is good apart from having only 4500mAhr battery capacity not 9000mAhr as advertised.
