Ok so I followed the upgrade method, however didn’t use that Rufus app, I just set my USB to an active partition and extracted the Win 10 ISO on it and ran the upgrade within Windows. Everything’s fine now but the switch to Android Icon on the start bar has disappeared, I don’t know how to switch to Android now?

OK cool, and if you go thru the normal win 10 upgrade that will fail?

If you do the upgrade process, this doesn’t interrupt the Android OS correct?

Cheers, so I ended up working it out and restored my Win 8.1 and the Android OS still remained in the original partition. Now I notice that my WIn 8.1 isn’t active and I only have an Administration User can’t create new user until activated.

How can I activate the flashed Win 8.1? Btw those are both the same link.

    Anyone followed this tutorial?

It’s so hard to follow with the bad Chinese translation. What do you do with the Android OS?

To my knowledge upgrade would be the easiest options because you don’t have to worry about the product key ID. However a clean install is good for refreshing everything.. I chose the upgrade option but it failed for me and now I have a bricked Hi8…
