I just want to add “me too” and I hope we get some help here.
BTW your English is quite good.
September 5, 2017 at 11:05 am #71539FWIW: My C5J6 leaks electrons too. Fully charged to flat takes 4-5 days in power-off state.
August 15, 2017 at 1:43 pm #70629Darn good point! Although I can’t help you find the battery, I want to add my two cents by saying that the manufacturer has responsibility to its customers to supply spares!
June 4, 2017 at 3:48 pm #67772You’ve likely tried connecting power and walking away for 24 hours. That amazingly worked for me when I was sure mine was all the way dead. (Same model)
February 2, 2017 at 12:56 am #61418You might consider the tablet that this forum you joined is supposed to be about, Calum.
October 4, 2016 at 8:03 pm #52669Have you considered a warranty claim?
September 11, 2016 at 3:46 am #49431Hi – post a photo of the Chinese dialogue. I’ll translate.
September 5, 2016 at 6:12 am #48878Hi Puneet,
If you have not done this yet, try leaving the tablet running overnight (with the power connected), to determine whether or not the condition that you describe is indeed due to a backlog of updates. The anniversary update alone will take quite a long while.
Please advise this forum of your results and findings.
Good luck!
May 30, 2016 at 11:07 am #39129Hey Ken,
Thank you so much for your response and for registering to participate in the forum. Purely by accident, I did exactly as you advise. As you’d expect, everything works again!
I’m happy to report that I too have had no issues with the device since.
May 11, 2016 at 10:30 am #36808December 31, 2015 at 9:27 am #20669I use an Apple bt kb w the c5j6 no prob. I’d rather use the screen for mouse/tpad functions so I don’t need the tpad.
Interesting to me was seeing the kb specific to Teclast phab just beliw your kb on your link.
I do use a kb/tpad combo for my TV boxes. It’s about 10 quid on Amazon (sorry for not providing model as I’m away from it just now). You might find it even cheaper where you are. Even if it didn’t help you, returns are easy, or you might pair it w sth else sometime.
December 24, 2015 at 4:14 am #19770Since you asked, I for one experience the same result.
December 18, 2015 at 5:47 pm #19086Thanks Julie, your response is v helpful. Now I can order my 3m cable confident that I’m not wasting my money.
BTW, have you used HDMI in both Android and Windows?
Cheers,
ClarkNovember 22, 2015 at 9:26 pm #16401After I use Windows, I have to shutdown and reboot pushing and holding the power and up-volume buttons until I see screen activity. Otherwise I would not get the option to choose which OS to startup. Rather the device will boot straight into Windows. Good luck.
November 16, 2015 at 11:05 am #15908I found these interesting articles about unbricking a Bay Trail tablet, in this case the Teclast X98 Air 3G: http://ao2.it/en/blog/2014/12/30/teclast-x98-air-3g-unbricking-bay-trail-tablet http://creativityslashdesign.blogspot.it/2015/08/unbrick-teclast-x98-bios-with-bus.html Maybe someone else here finds this useful.
These are valuable articles, thanks. Perhaps they should be sticky in this forum.
