Would love some instructions on deleting Windows 10 and Android and just using Bliss Linux or otherwise with as much working?
Hate just throwing away a device and my old Chuwi Hi12 should be fast enough to run Linux and easy install if you remove Android and Windows 10 using Windows Bootloader option to go directly into to Linux.
Thanks for the clarification if anyone can help,

September 4, 2020 at 12:35 pm #183899Anyone have a backup of this website and instructions they can place online, since website is now down? Or maybe simply has access to
- The original ROM Builds for my Chuwi Hi12
- Patches – to make things work
- and instructions to install TWRP to make managing any Android Build easier???
Thanks as always and I Would Love to try newer Android beyond 5.1 since it’s unstable and crashes all the time.
Appreciate the help or insight!

July 2, 2020 at 1:46 am #183494New step yesterday, I’ve cleaned up a bit to make room and shrink the Windows partition. Then I’ve created an EXT4 partition (with the MiniTool partition wizard) and installed Android X86 on it, made some configs and reinstalled all my apps. No more USB stick to boot, hurray! For the moment everything seems working properly.
How did you handle choosing your boot options? Does Android X86 auto add a boot option into Windows 10 that allows it to boot Android instead of the usual Windows 10?
Thanks, Sorli…
January 3, 2018 at 4:52 pm #76393You referenced installing this and curious what process you followed like using the standard Intel Phone Flash Tool like we do for a standard Chuwi build, TWRP, Rufus, or otherwise.
Basic instructions would be greatly appreciated and I also noticed other posts about the latest Bliss supports both Touchscreen, WiFi, and Audio via Bluetooth on Hi12. Actually, any help would be appreciated since I’m tired of Windows 10 (I’m pretty certain most people are) on my Chuwi and will probably move to using the largest gpt_53gb.bin file and setting up as a dedicated Android device.
Also the latest Bliss bleeding edge release came out on 12/30 less then a week ago. Has anyone tried this build (<span class=”label” title=”Bliss-v10.0-PC_Beta–OFFICIAL-20171229-1246android_x86_64.iso”>Bliss-v10.0-PC_Beta–OFFICIAL-20171229-1246android_x86_64.iso</span>) and had better luck with Audio and can live without Audio using only Bluetooth since this is what I do anyways.
Thanks for the reply when you have a few minutes, Sorli…
Update 1: Tried the latest Bliss Bleeding Edge build, but no go using Dec 2017 builds and wasn’t able to get touchscreen working, WiFi functioned after a couple of tries using a Mouse and Keyboard for input, and not sure what’s different boot from USB and locally (besides Chuwi BIOS not automating this process). Would love to hear some experienced user input on getting Bliss to work on the Chuwi Hi12. Thanks again…
