Hi Mike,

I ordered my i7 in the sale as well and it came on Tuesday (17th) this week, really impressed very quick shipping and no import duty which was a shock as it came by DHL.

Hi Steve, I’m yet to get my second Cube i7 but when DHL deliver it on Wednesday I will reinstalling Windows 10 Pro. I did the same with my Chuwi Vi10, just made the image using Microsoft’s tool off their website with a USB memory stick, installed the OS then used the Double Driver backups that Chris has uploaded to the Downloads section.

Finally after nearly a month I’ve managed to get a replacement tablet sent out from China, probably one of my worst Aliexpress experiences but oh well. Looking forward to getting it setup with Windows 10.

Well just tried with another charger and still no charging light so it looks like my i7 is dead, I’ve messaged the store on Aliexpress…

Yeah I have found it very hard to find, I’ve ordered a 12V 3 Amp plug and plan to bodge it together if all else fails.

Cube just posted a update on Facebook about the various issues of keyboard delivery and the cracked OS:

 

“For your complaints of the windows os , i just reported to the director for solutions, last week i had the problems of VPN, FB always can’t show the contents like this, i’m sorry to give you feedback too late.

Notice: 1. The keyboard for i7 stylus will be available on wednesday, so i plan to delivery on thursday, i’m very sorry to ship too late
2. There are many problems with the upgrade to windows 10, i suggest not to upgrade now ,because windows 10 is only perfect for laptops, there are some problems for tablet, they are solving the problems
3. If you meet some problems when upgrading to windows, please contact the after sale service”

My tablet has just arrived this morning 10:00 BST here in the UK from the Royal Mail via Singapore Post.

Yep I’m the same Rob, got a message off the seller today about the keyboard, when is ‘soon’? Its been nearly 2 weeks now.

This is starting to seem not such a good deal now, first the stylus gift fiasco and now reports of fake Windows licenses.

 

@Chris when this happened to you with another tablet did they give you a license key when you opened a dispute?
