I finally gave up with trying to have both partitions of the SD show under Android. My current config is 16Gb SD partitioned as 5Gb Fat 32 mounted under Win 10 and 11Gb ext3 partition mounted invisibly in Android for the Link2SD App from the marketplace. I use this to move/install apps to the external SD Works great
Interesting, but I thought link2sd needs the ext partition as swap use? and all valid data would be on the fat32 partition? Do you have a run down of exactly what you’ve done to successfully be able to install apps to the SD?
TIA.

December 19, 2015 at 3:33 pm #19211I have successfully rooted my VI10 64GB I505 model using the root method on here, but this just wont work, comes up with cant find device after it reboots it. Iv’e tried usingĀ 15 seconds ADB Installer v1.4.32 and 1.3 to no avail. Is there an app through root that can change it?

I’m sure it’s suppose to be 50 seconds, mines taking 80 seconds, plsu on the initial power on with the Chuwi logo, I get a strange what appears to be a random white dot show up, it’s like it’s a bag image logo with 1 white pixel close to the bottom middle (it’s not an actual pixel fault either) wtf? lol
[EDIT] Also the power on from standby for android has a lag of 2 seconds.
Plus when you press the home button, a audio click occurs sometimes.
December 18, 2015 at 6:24 pm #19092My model is I505. (Deffo 2.16Ghz and 2GB Ram, 64GB) Received yesterday, all is fine, screen is perfect, no dead pixels, light pixels, patchy back light bleed etc. Booted straight into 32bit windows 8 setup which installed all drivers automatically. Touchscreen works, audio works, bluetooth works, auto rotate on windows worked. Installed Windows 10 32bit with the update prompt and all is perfect. However Android was initially in Chinese. Iv’e set it to English, but theirs a wad of ChineseĀ apps or at-least apps with the icon logo in Chinese which can all be uninstalled. And from what I see image is fine, no blurry issues? hmmm.
December 17, 2015 at 7:21 am #18919Thanks for taking the time to bother responding to my post, much appreciated, ahh so that’s cool that they cant be viewed from each others OS. Yeah I bought mine fromĀ gearbest, should be hear soon hopefully. So what is the difference between them? different motherboard requiring different drivers perhaps?
When was the last time you had an android update? Is it still 4.4.4?
Did you do the android blurry screen fix?
Thanks.
