Sounds like it is going into deep sleep instead of standby. Check your power management settings.
June 9, 2016 at 1:27 pm #40349I updated my thread with a Video.
June 7, 2016 at 8:50 pm #40221The Tablet is charging with Micro USB 2.0 (for the moment 2.1 A but maybe later 2.4 A), because the 3.0 here can’t be used for charging. The Docking Station is powered seperately. It will only work if the Tablet is connected to a charger. Video test in the next couple of days. No Mouselag and i didn’t assumed that because it’s USB 3.
I am just thinking of the overhead of transmitting display using USB, since it is relatively weak CPU. Too bad all of the chinese tablet I bought have a broken USB 3.0 implementation, probably I have a bad luck buying those cheap tablet. Why don’t just buy a PC? A very small ITX i3-6100 skylake PC with PicoPSU probably will cost $300+, and have so much better performance than this tablet. Or buy those chinese i5-5200u fanless PCs for ~$200 if fanless and lower power consumption is a must. I think using tablet as temporary solution is a good enough, but for long run having a dedicated PC is better if you have extra spare money :). And, I am also looking forward for the new MacBook Pro :). Those rumors about 4x USB-C and OLED touch bar is peaking my interest level.
I didn’t take a look into the task manager, but as I know it shouldn’t be more as 30% which sounds a lot, but I only do light tasks like web browsing or just writing. I don’t need a stationary pc, I also have a Intel Compute Stick at home and this tablet here is faster which is great. The iWork will be my to go device and hopefully a good complement to my future laptop. I really thought a lot about it, if it does make sense to buy a cheap chinese tablet.
June 7, 2016 at 7:37 pm #40215DOes the tablet even has the power to reroute the display to USB port? Do you experience any lag when moving your cursor or watching 60fps video on the second monitor?

June 7, 2016 at 7:29 pm #40214What stylus did you get? The one in the picture looks different than the one shown on gearbest.
Thats right, because the Gearbest one is only a passive Stylus which is not the Pen specifically for that tablet. You have to buy one from Geekbuying.
June 7, 2016 at 7:06 pm #40209Sure:
http://www.targus.com/uk/usb-3_0-dual-video-docking-station-acp70eu
But they all should work, because of the same Chip used from Displaylink.
Don’t pay more as 50 Euros for something like that. There are always offers.
June 7, 2016 at 11:22 am #40136June 3, 2016 at 6:51 pm #39740Could you post your impressions? And how quick did Geekbuying send it to you? I’ve been waiting for a week since I ordered..
It took about 12 days which is in my opinion a fast delivery from china to europe. First impression is really good, I have also the Stylus from the Surface 4 Pro here. They are both similar except the pen tip from the Surface 4 Pro pen, which is softer and feels a little bit better.
Thats it from now, because my tablet is in delivery.
June 3, 2016 at 8:55 am #39683As I remember possible the Stylus for the Hi12 Dual Boot. But from built, its the same one. Don’t you like it? Got my Stylus yesterday from Geekbuying.
May 31, 2016 at 8:33 am #39304As I remember correctly, this problem was only based on power supply? Most of the Docking Stations coming with a DC-Adapter.
May 25, 2016 at 10:22 am #38546i just got the tablet. after two months and 7 days after i paid for it. But at least it arrived ?
Great to hear! 🙂
How you like the Tablet? Is everything fine? Are you satisfied with battery life and display quality?
May 21, 2016 at 1:18 pm #38125Any news about the Stylus? I’m a little bit worried because of so different experiences for the same Stylus.
May 5, 2016 at 5:35 pm #36206<p style=”text-align: left;”>
as the i7 Stylus is $285…
</p>
