Maybe it’s a problem of Rufus then. Try to use another program, it’s a bunch of them available. Personally I’ve no problem booting from USB in both UEFI and BIOS modes, though I’ve not tried Rufus.

Why do you use GPT? Try to use MBR for UEFI instead.

Bluetooth KB and mouse will work only when the BT driver is loaded. No BT support in BIOS and Windows safe mode selection menu, only USB

Do you mean Bluetooth or USB keyboard? I’ve just tried to get to safe mode while using USB keyboard, it works as it should.

Copy all the text of the fix and paste it to a file with any name and .reg extension. Then double click on that file.

Golden, which version of Teclast X98 plus II did you investigate? Maybe C2D4 is somewhat different from C2D6 in the WiFi part?

I have read elsewhere, that you can only boot WinPE UDFI system from USB drive, not grub2 or other linux, this is BIOS limitation. Not verified this though.
