You need to wait i think. First boot take a long time.

This is what i did:

Downloaded rom from the first post in this thread, unpacked and placed folder on my c drives root, enabled usb debugging on tablet, opened Intel Flash Tool and browsed to flash.json and made sure configuration was set to “update” and then flashed.

I came from mireks rom v 2.0. I dont know if comming from mireks v 3.0 could cause any problems, because of system partition in that rom is changed from 2.5gb to 1gb?

I have plugged in a cheap 32gb medion sd card from Aldi and it seems to work fine. Tried to read and write and thats ok.

Would xposed framework be an option here? And if not could someone please explain why its possible on x98 air 3g and not on x98 plus so i dont need to think more about it 🙂

Very nice. Flashed your rom and it seems to run very well. Made a clean flash and had to flash twrp again after that.  Great work.

I have tried v80-sdk22-x86 and various others (ones that should work with different intel atom devices found on different sites) with no succes. No bootloops but stuck at boot screen for 30 minutes knowing first boot could take long time. Removed with the xposed uninstaller and every thing is ok but no xposed.

I too have installed twrp with succes, and using this twrp manager from play store. I managed to get viper4android working too, but it took a couple of tries. Tried to flash a zip file found in x98 pro forum (here on techtablets) with different versions of busybox, but i could not get the viper driver to stick no matter what i did. It looked ok until reboot, then when opening viper app it said it needed driver installed. Also tried lolliviper wich didnt work neither. Only one working was installing busybox by sterecson, and installing both system/xbin and system/bin then install viper4android fx v2 from play store. Now it seems to work as it should. By the way im running  supercowz rom. Also installed the mentioned ogyoutube app as an alternative to the preferred xposed youtube adaway wich we can not use, and i am pretty happy with it.

Now every thing is up and running great i would like to thank all that helped getting my x98 i the state i wanted 😉
