Someone find where this problem comes from ??

Who tried to update firmware with Teclast OTA ? Does it solve the problem ?

Same problem in android.

When I plug the tablet to charge it, some time it shutdown by itself !! And some times it is very difficult to restart…

Be carefull : I made a hard reset, and when all is finished (I take somme time, don’t panic…) androïd is in CHINESE !!!

So you need some english screenshot to know how to navigate and change langage 😉

And sometimes when I plug the tablet for charging from androïd and come few minutes later, I discover it has simply shutdown…. :/

Finally I made a factory reset (menu “Backup & reset > Factory data reset“)….

I was afraid because the boot was very long… The Teclast logo stay 10 minutes before starting androïd back…

And after that, all menus are in Chinese !!! Not so easy to find the right menu to change langage…

But now, all is ok and working very well. So very happy.
