    1. No issues with drivers here, although you may have to update the Broadcom drivers manually.
    2. Always prudent to do a complete drivers backup before the update. I use DISM++.

The easiest way to upgrade to Windows 10 Anniversary is to bypass windows updates altogether, and run the special utility provided by MS on the Windows 10 update history page. That will give you essentially a fresh installation of v.1607.

Next, install the latest October 11, 2016—KB3194798 Cumulative Update to bring the OS to Build 14393.321. Direct link to the msu can be obtained from Microsoft Update Catalog, or the tenforums website.

Finally, run Disk Cleanup to remove the Windows.old folder left behind.

    Best regards,

Thanks for the kind reply, enfxuevsi.

Couldn’t find anything in this website. Only old stuff. Are you referring to a different site?

    http://www.jumper.com.cn/download.php?

Meanwhile, read some chatters about QQ support group 371848092. How does one get access to this?

    Many thanks and best regards,

Thanks for the kind reply Chris.

Have informed the vendor and awaiting their reply.

    Meanwhile, a couple of questions:

    1. Is the Cool1 capable of having both SIM slots operating in 4G simultaneously?
    2. If not, is there a specific 4G SIM slot?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Greetings deegee.

Many thanks for the detail procedures on re-installing windows 10.

    1. Any advice on re-activating windows?
    2. Does it fix the problem of not booting into windows when doing a factory reset?
    3. Do you encounter the problem of high pitch noise when charging the battery?

    Best regards,

You could try using a USB hub that accepts DC from an external  5V3A adapter.

    1. Stylus support is a most welcome upgrade.
    2. 6000mah battery too weak.
    3. 12V3A charger would have been a better choice.
    4. USB type-C should have been used.

    Greetings Bill ad Chris.

Thinking of getting the i9 which Chris recommended highly in his review. Can anyone advise if the micro SD card issue has been resolved? Basically,

    1. Does 128GB exFAT work?

    2. Does 128GB FAT work?

    3. Does 64GB exFAT work?

    4. Does 64GB FAT work?

    Many thanks and best regards,

I believe all three models, V3,V1 and A1 have 4G options.

The Voyo’s offer 4G option that may suit your needs.  Only data, no voice.
