Just order it, it comes with a cable and it fits the us.
May 9, 2017 at 4:52 pm #66715i did also full clean backup image of the entire device with macrium and kept it for future clean restoring in few minutes instead of messing with driver problems while doing clean install.

thats sound great!
would you mind uploading some screenshots of charging at around 50% (so the charger will give full power) with the original charger, the xiaomi charger and the power bank with this software?
its curious to see the charging currents and voltages with each one of them
May 2, 2017 at 12:00 pm #66367mine is on the way, i’ve ordered from aliexpress.
will report when it will arrive.
April 24, 2017 at 10:06 pm #65954Well, I buy of amazon, so if it doesn’t work as advertised, I just send it back. So not really expensive. But GOOD HELL OF A NEWS, to charge at 12V I just had to press the power button for 2 seconds and it would charge it. The tablet indicates that it is charging the led is on, the charging icon is moving and It says still 3hours until fully charged. Still doing some tests if I can actually get it to higher the percentage.
which power bank?
Btw, I think I’m going to order the QC trigger I’ve mentioned before and a QC power bank
April 18, 2017 at 9:04 am #65531I found this nice thing.
It can simulate qc2/3 handshake protocal and trigger the voltage you need.
It solves the problem with the qc compatibility..
April 17, 2017 at 9:36 pm #65518I will be carefull, I emailed ravpower and she said it can output 12V too. I doubt it will but i need a 26000mAh battery afterall… About the popwinds, i asked the seller and she said it does output 12V2A (its down in “ask the seller a question” if it doesnt work ill.send it back. Ill order the anker powercore too
sounds great, waiting for an update 🙂
i wish i had amazon return service in my country
April 17, 2017 at 9:29 pm #65516first, as we talked in the other thread, be careful with the ravpower i don’t think its compatible.
second, i think the popwins wont work, its looks like 1.5A in 12V.
if you going to give something a try i suggest you’ll give anker powercore speed a try.
its the only one out there with a normal price-tag that supports 12V/2A.
April 14, 2017 at 3:56 pm #65325Oh, referring to the powerbank, this one: Amazon Claims to charge quote: ‘all’ usb C devices with a maximum of 30 Watts that are USB PD, which should be enough to charge at 12V2A as that is 24W And it is just under the safe maximum (<100Watt) for boarding planes. It is 99Watt
So it would be perfect to travel with. Btw, why wouldn’t Chuwi use the USB PD? Tha would be really stupid of them imo…
if you’ll look at the specs is says:
Type-C Output: DC 5V/3A,9V/2A,15V/2A,20V/1.5A
im not sure it can output 12v, we need to be careful with that.
April 13, 2017 at 11:29 am #65217Chris did you notice if its charging at all?
I mean if you let it getting charged from the powerbank with the screen off while its in ”low power” consumption.
April 13, 2017 at 10:12 am #65208Hmm, this is not a powerbank, and anyway, it says its 5v max. its will not work…
I wonder if this guy will work:
https://www.anker.com/products/A1266011
It supports 12v 2a.
